Fernando Tatis Exits Early
4 years agoSan Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis, Jr. left Monday's game early after appearing to injure himself during an at-bat. Tatis offered at an 84 MPH knuckle-curveball from San Francisco Giants starter Anthony DeSclafani, and fell to his knees after swinging through the pitch and striking out. The injury seemed to occur on the follow-through, though there have been no official reports as of yet. Obviously, to lose Tatis, Jr. would be a major blow for the Padres and fantasy managers alike. Stay tuned for further updates.
