Joc Pederson Goes Yard For First Time In 2021
4 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Joc Pederson broke out of an 0-for-15 slump with a solo home run in the bottom of the eighth inning versus the Milwaukee Brewers. Pederson would finish the game 1-for-4. The slugger was due, and it was only a matter of time before he went yard with his new club. Pederson will get opportunities versus lefties with the Cubs this season and remains a strong source of power for managers that can deal with a low batting average. Pederson will look to keep it going versus the Pittsburgh Pirates on Thursday.
