4 years agoMinnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson (hamstring) could be activated from the injured list on Monday or Tuesday, according to MLB.com's Do-Hyoung Park. Manager Rocco Baldelli said that Donaldson sprinted and ran the bases on Saturday without issue, and that he'll take grounders, hit in batting practice and get some at-bats in St. Paul this weekend. Donaldson was placed on the injured list last weekend with right hamstring tightness, and signs are pointing toward it being a short stint. Managers should look for more updates, but tentatively plan for Donaldson's return early in the week.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
