4 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Dexter Fowler (knee) has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a sprained left knee, according to Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com. Fowler had to be carted off the field in the second inning of Friday's game after injuring his knee going into second base. It's unclear how long Fowler will be out, but in the short term the Angels will likely turn mainly to Juan Lagares, who will start in Fowler's place Saturday against Toronto.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
