4 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Domingo German will rejoin the team when the Yankees need a fifth starter again, according to manager Aaron Boone. German was optioned to the team's alternate site following Saturday's start against the Rays, but that move is set to be short-term as the team is shuffling players around for extra available arms. Fantasy managers should expect German to continue serving as the team's fifth starter at least until Luis Severino (elbow) rejoins the team sometime this summer.--Sam Chinitz
