4 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Adam Eaton came off the bench on Sunday to life the White Sox to a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the eighth inning when he hit a two-run home run pinch hitting for first baseman/outfielder Andrew Vaughn. Eaton played hero for a little while, but closer Liam Hendriks would blow his first save and the White Sox would lose in extra innings. Eaton has been an everyday starter, but was rested for most of Sunday's contest. Eaton has been hitting in the two for Pale Hose and could offer sneaky value due to being at the top of a good lineup, especially for those seeking runs. The veteran is now hitting .258 with two home runs, seven RBI and nine runs scored.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
