4 years agoChicago White Sox utility man Leury Garcia returned from a two-game absence on Sunday after dealing with knee soreness and went 1-for-5 with a RBI. Garcia started in right field on Sunday with Adam Eaton not starting, but he can play all over the diamond and was filling in for Tim Anderson (hamstring) before his knee soreness got the best of him. Garcia was in the leadoff spot this afternoon and it's likely he will remain there if continues to stay in the lineup with Anderson out. Garcia doesn't have an everyday role and is just 3-for-25 with two runs scored and one RBI on the season. He can be avoided in all formats for now.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
