4 years agoNew York Yankees third baseman Gio Urshela finished a triple shy of the cycle against the Rays on Sunday, going 4-for-5 with his first home run of the season. Urshela's home run was a mammoth 453-foot shot to center field, one of three hard-hit balls from the 29-year-old on Sunday. Sunday's strong performance at the plate pushed Urshela's batting average up nearly 100 points to .321, a good reminder that fantasy managers shouldn't overreact to small early-season samples of performance. Urshela may not have many more four-hit games this season, but fantasy managers should expect him to continue hitting well and finish the year with an OPS north of .800.--Sam Chinitz
