4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Madison Bumgarner struggled once again on Monday night, as he allowed six runs on seven hits in 4 2/3 innings against Oakland. It was Bumgarner's third start in a row in which he allowed five or more runs in five or fewer innings pitched, and he now has allowed 17 runs on 22 hits and eight walks in just 13 2/3 innings this season. Clearly he's no longer the pitcher we saw in San Francisco, and until he shows some sign of rebounding, Bumgarner should not be rostered in any format, except for leagues where you are trying to get the worst possible ERA.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
