4 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Jameson Taillon struggled against the Blue Jays on Tuesday, allowing five runs over 3.2 innings. The Blue Jays tagged Taillon for eight hard-hit balls on Tuesday, a remarkably high number even with inflated exit velocities this season. Notably, Taillon's secondary pitches combined to generate just one whiff on Tuesday, a poor sign after his encouraging Yankees debut last week. Fantasy managers should expect Taillon to bounce back and perform well over the rest of the season, but he's risky if he's a pitcher who fantasy managers have to rely on every start at this point.--Sam Chinitz
