4 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Zach Plesac had a horrendous Wednesday night as he managed to record just two outs in the first inning while giving up six earned runs on seven hits with no strikeouts. Plesac had no command as he grooved several pitches to White Sox hitters, including Yermin Mercedes, who absolutely punished a three-run shot. After the outing, Plesac's ERA has ballooned to 5.27. He will look to begin the journey of getting back on track and lowering his ERA in his next start against these same White Sox next week at Progressive Field.--Kipp Heisterman - RotoBaller
