Raimel Tapia Reaches Three Times In Loss To The Dodgers
4 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Raimel Tapia went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles, a walk, and a strikeout in a 4-2 loss to the Dodgers on Wednesday. Tapia slapped a pair of singles and reached base via a walk. He's now collected three multi-hit games in the last four and has his season batting line up to .286/.333/.357 with one home run, four RBI, and a stolen base over 42 at-bats. Tapia has rotated back and forth between the No. 2 and No. 6 spots in the batting order this season but if he continues to reach base at a steady clip then he should find himself batting towards the top with more consistency. That would be good news for his fantasy value as many analysts projected him to be the leadoff man prior to the start of the regular season.
