Mitch Haniger Homers Twice Thursday
4 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger was on fire Thursday, homering in both halves of a double-header against the Baltimore Orioles. In the second game, Haniger went 2-for-4, with the big fly coming off of Orioles starter Bruce Zimmermann. The blast gave the Mariners a lead that they never relinquished. Haniger is the first Mariners batter in history to hit a home run in each end of a double-header out of the leadoff spot. If Haniger is on your fantasy roster, he has earned enough trust to be played every day. He should be rostered in all leagues.
