4 years agoTampa Bay Rays first baseman Yandy Diaz is proving to be a good option early on this year in OBP formats, as he now has a .423 on-base percentage through 13 games following Friday's 2-for-5 performance. He hasn't shown a lot of power yet with just two doubles, but he has a 17.3 percent walk rate and an 11.5 percent strikeout rate to start the year, which is close to the 16.7 percent walk rate and 12.3 percent strikeout rate he posted in 2020. He has 15 to 20 homer potential along with the walk rate, and he's available in almost everywhere as he is currently rostered in three percent of leagues.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
