4 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Taylor Trammell went 1-for-4 in Friday's game against the Houston Astros, with the lone hit an infield single off reliever Blake Taylor. Prior to that fortunate base knock, Trammell had gone 0-for-14 with six strikeouts since his Sunday home run against Minnesota. Trammell is an exciting player, with plenty of potential, but with Kyle Lewis on the brink of a return, and Jarred Kelenic looming, fantasy managers have to wonder if Trammell will receive enough playing time to be a difference maker. He belongs on benches, or waiver wires, as soon as his playing time diminishes.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
