Joc Pederson Gets Two Hits In Loss
4 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Joc Pederson had his best game of the season on Sunday in a loss against the Atlanta Braves. Pederson has really struggled with his new club, but went 2-for-3 with a single, triple and walk on the evening. The slugger came to the Cubs this offseason with the opportunity to be an everyday player and he has struggled in that role so far. Pederson is now hitting .149 with one home run and four RBI. Hopefully Sunday will get the outfielder going, but managers can feel safe swapping him out with a hot hitter on the waiver wire.
