4 years agoEdmonton Oilers center Connor McDavid put up three points in Monday's 4-1 victory over Montreal, scoring his 24th goal of the season and delivering two assists. The Oilers captain became the quickest Edmonton player to 50 assists in a season since Wayne Gretzky in 1987-88. McDavid needed only 44 games to reach the milestone. He has now registered 11 games with at least three points this season and boasts 74 points overall for the year with 157 shots.
