4 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Clint Frazier is taking a seat on the bench for the first game of the series against Atlanta. Frazier is enduring a brutal stretch to start the season, as he is 6-for-36 with no homers and a 14:4 strikeout-to-walk ratio. The decision to go with Brett Gardner, who is batting third, over Frazier likely has a lot to do with the former's career numbers against Braves' right-hander Charlie Morton. The veteran outfielder is batting .350 with three home runs and five RBI against Morton in 20 career at-bats.--Tim Capurso
