4 years agoColorado Rockies right-hander Jon Gray earned his second win of the season on Tuesday when he surrendered just one run on three hits with four walks and six strikeouts over 6 2/3 innings in a 6-2 win over the Astros. Gray had some control issues on Tuesday, evidenced by his four walks, but he did manage to strike out six and held the Astros at bay throughout his 6 2/3 innings. Carlos Correa laced an RBI double off him in the sixth inning, which accounted for his lone earned run. The 29-year-old hurler has quietly been Colorado's most consistent starter and now owns an impressive 2.42 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, and 21:11 K/BB ratio over 22 1/3 innings (four starts). Three of those four starts have come at Coors Field as well. He'll get the Giants on the road in his next turn and carries a lot of streaming appeal for that matchup.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
