4 years agoChicago Cubs catcher Willson Contreras went 1-for-4 with a walk, home run and three RBI in Friday's victory versus the Milwaukee Brewers. Contreras was bumped to the top spot in the order on Friday with outfielder Ian Happ getting the day off. The Cubs were up 15-2 and Contreras was able to get some rest with Austin Romine replacing him in the top of the seventh inning. Contreras has been off to a hot start this season and remains one of the best offensive catchers in the league. He is now hitting .267 with six home runs and 13 RBI.
