4 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich (back) has been sent back to Milwaukee to receive an MRI of his back, according to MLB.com's Adam McCalvy. It sounds like Yelich could be dealing with a setback right now, as manager Craig Counsell said, "With Christian, we've unfortunately hit a bit of a plateau here." Yelich has been out since April 11 with a sore lower back, and was eligible to be reinstated from the injured list on Saturday. There's no word on when Yelich may return now, so in the meantime Billy McKinney, Jackie Bradley Jr. and Tyrone Taylor will continue to see an increased workload.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
