Taylor Trammell Fails To Reach Base Saturday
4 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Taylor Trammell had another tough day at the office Saturday, going 0-for-4 with two strikeouts against the Boston Red Sox. He's now slashing .155/.269/.345 for the season, with only four hits in his last ten games. With Kyle Lewis back in the lineup, Trammell is now fighting for playing time in left field, but he's been significantly outperformed by both Jose Marmolejos and Sam Haggerty. With Jarred Kelenic expected to be called up sometime in May, it seems Trammell's time as a relevant fantasy asset may coming to a close. He can be safely dropped in all redraft league formats.
