Dallas Keuchel Has Best Start Of 2021
4 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Dallas Keuchel put together his best start of the season in a no decision versus the Texas Rangers on Saturday. Keuchel was pulled after allowing a leadoff single in the top of the seventh inning, but went six innings and allowed seven hits, zero runs, zero walks and struck out two on the evening. It was the veterans longest outing of the season and he has now allowed three runs or less in four straight starts. The lefty is a fine back of the rotation starting pitcher in deeper leagues, but his lack of strikeouts hurt his overall value. Keuchel will carry 4.32 ERA into his next matchup versus a weak Indians lineup on Friday.
