4 years agoLos Angeles Angels third baseman Anthony Rendon (groin) could be activated from the injured list as soon as Monday, according to Daniel Guerrero of MLB.com. Rendon has been out with a groin strain since April 10, and according to manager Joe Maddon, the team expects Rendon to be activated and back in the lineup on either Monday or Tuesday. He started out the year slashing .290/.378/.387 with one home run, three RBI and five runs scored over his first five games.
