4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Zac Gallen went the distance on Sunday, tossing a complete-game shutout in a 5-0 Game 1 victory over the Atlanta Braves. Gallen allowed just one hit and two walks while striking out six batters for his third start in a row. It was his first win of 2021, as Gallen now owns a 2.16 ERA with eight hits allowed, eight walks and 20 strikeouts in 16 2/3 innings of work. Even after starting the year on the injured list with a hairline fracture in his arm, Gallen continues to show that he is one of the top pitchers in fantasy.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
