4 years agoUpdating a previous report, Chicago Cubs shortstop Javier Baez is dealing with a sore hamstring, which is why he will be held out of Monday's lineup versus the Atlanta. Baez hurt his hamstring on Sunday, and the Cubs are being cautious with their talented shortstop, but manager David Ross said that Baez could be available off the bench if needed.
