4 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Joey Gallo, he of the true three outcomes, had a unique game on Monday, going 0-for-3 with three strikeouts. Stripped of chances of belting a home run, Gallo at least walked in his other plate appearance and ultimately scored a run on Nate Lowe's three-run homer in the bottom of the first inning. It's getting a little bit concerning for Gallo, who has one home run on the season all the way back in his second game of the year on April 3, and he is showing close to no power these days with no doubles or triples in his 69 at-bats. It's still way early to judge Gallo's young season, but his .275 slugging percentage through 22 games played is way below his .489 career average. As long as he keeps walking as much as he's doing (23.4 percent walk rate), Gallo will be good. The minute that stops happening, he will struggle for fantasy managers.--Antonio Losada - RotoBaller
