4 years agoChicago Cubs shortstop Javier Baez (hamstring) is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday night, and could be facing a potential stint on the injured list, according to Patrick Mooney of The Athletic. It's the second straight game Baez is out of the lineup after injuring his hamstring on Sunday, as Mooney reports that the Cubs will make a decision whether or not to place Baez on the injured list based on the results of pregame treatment and testing Tuesday night.
