4 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Aaron Civale went 7 2/3 innings pitched while allowing four earned runs, eight hits, zero walks, and striking out four. Civale used sharp command to induce groundouts in the win but left some balls over the plate, which resulted in solid contact by the Twins. It was great to see him not walk anyone, and he should continue to progress as the season moves along. He now sits with a record of 4-0 and has paired that with a 2.94 ERA and 26 strikeouts across 33 2/3 innings pitched.--Kipp Heisterman - RotoBaller
