4 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Mike Tauchman will make his debut with the team on Wednesday night, as he will get the start in center and bat seventh against the Rockies. Tauchman makes his debut one day after being traded to the Giants from the Yankees in exchange for reliever Wandy Peralta. Tauchman has been slow out the gates with a .214/.267/.286 triple-slash line through 11 games, but with outfielder Mike Yastrzemski out for the next while with an oblique strain, Tauchman could see increased playing time this week. For now he's not likely to have much fantasy value, but he's worth keeping an eye on to see if his bat heats up with a change in scenery.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
