4 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger was scratched from the lineup as a precaution, but is fine and could return to action on Thursday, according to Corey Brock of The Athletic. Manager Scott Servais said that he felt Haniger was "dragging a little bit" and wasn't 100 percent, which is why he decided to scratch Haniger from the lineup Wednesday. It doesn't sound like there's any major issue with Haniger, and managers should expect him to return Thursday. So far this year, Haniger is slashing .268/.305/.515 with five home runs, 17 RBI and 17 runs scored in 24 games.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
