4 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Evan White was placed on the bereavement list Friday. It is unknown how long he will be out. Recently acquired catcher Jacob Nottingham was called up to the majors to take his roster spot. Look for lefty-swinging Jose Marmolejos to pick up additional at-bats for however long White remains away from the team.
