4 years agoTampa Bay Rays first baseman Yoshitomo Tsutsugo has been activated from the COVID-19 injured list on Friday, according to Adam Berry of MLB.com. Tsutsugo was placed on the IL Thursday due to side effects from the vaccine, and he will get the start Friday, batting eighth against the Houston Astros. He's gotten off to a slow start to begin the season, but he has started to heat up a little bit recently with a hit in five of his last seven games.
