4 years agoHouston Astros relief pitcher Andre Scrubb (shoulder) has been activated from the injured list, according to Brian McTaggart of MLB.com. Scrubb opened up the year on the injured list with shoulder soreness, after allowing one run and striking out seven in four innings of work during Spring Training. He's been a high-strikeout pitcher throughout the minors, and as a rookie in 2020 he posted a 23.5 percent strikeout rate in 23 2/3 innings. Now that he's healthy, Scrubb is a good guy to target in SV/HLD formats. In a corresponding move, the Astros optioned reliever Peter Solomon to the alternate site.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
