4 years agoToronto Blue Jays catcher Alejandro Kirk launched his first two homers of the season versus the Braves on Friday, helping the club to a 13-5 win. He finished the game going 2-for-4 with three runs and four RBI, upping his batting average to .231 on the young season. Kirk hadn't done much with the bat before this game, but he's heating up at the dish since he's now riding a four-game mini hitting streak. With Danny Jansen hitting an abysmal .045 (2-for-44), the opportunity is there for Kirk to seize more than a 50/50 timeshare.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
