Lance Lynn Picks Up Victory In Return
4 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Lance Lynn picked up his second victory of the season in his return to the mound on Saturday versus the Cleveland Indians. Lynn had been sidelined since with April 15 with a strained right trapezius and went five innings in his first game back. The veteran allowed four hits, three runs, two walks and recorded two strikeouts. Lynn was a bit rusty, but he still had a nice performance. The right-hander is now 2-1 with a shiny 1.82 ERA and 29 strikeouts in 24 2/3 innings. Lynn will look to continue his strong start of the season versus the Kansas City Royals on Saturday.
