4 years agoNew York Yankees infielder DJ LeMahieu went 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored and a walk in a victory over the Tigers. LeMahieu extended his hitting streak to five games and collected his ninth multi-hit game of the season. Statcast believes LeMahieu has been a tad unlucky this year, as evidenced by his .303 expected batting average- and he is making good on that assertion with this latest hitting binge. He's also scored a run in each of his past five games and should continue to do so as the Yankees' lineup continues to flex their muscles.--Tim Capurso
