4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Zac Gallen struggled on Saturday, allowing four runs on six hits and two walks in four innings of work and earning the loss in a 14-6 Rockies victory. Despite the loss, Gallen still managed to record seven strikeouts on Saturday to mark his fourth straight start with six or more strikeouts. Gallen has continued to be one of the top starting pitchers this season, as he currently owns a 3.48 ERA after Saturday's outing, and has a 30.3 percent strikeout rate.
