4 years agoChicago Cubs shortstop Javier Baez went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run in Sunday's loss versus the Cincinnati Reds. Baez returned to the lineup on Thursday after dealing with a sore hamstring and has gone 5-for-17 since in four games since. The upcoming free agent has been putting together a strong season and is now hitting .245 with seven home runs, 22 RBI and five stolen bases on the season. Baez is a valuable power and speed shortstop. He will look to stay hot in a tough matchup versus the Los Angeles Dodgers and Walker Buehler on Sunday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
