4 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Brandon Nimmo (finger) is not in the starting lineup for Monday's matchup with the Cardinals, according to MLB.com's Anthony DiComo. Nimmo injured his finger on a swing in the seventh inning of Saturday's game, but for now it appears he will not need a stint on the injured list. Nimmo remains day-to-day, as Kevin Pillar will start in center on Monday and bat sixth against Adam Wainwright and the Cardinals.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
