4 years agoMinnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson went 1-for-4 with an RBI double in Monday's 6-5 victory over Texas. Donaldson doubled in a run in the third inning, his second straight game with an RBI, and his third extra-base hit in the same span. The veteran third baseman had an excellent day at the plate as well- as three of his four batted balls registered exit velocities of 100 MPH or greater. Donaldson is in position to have a big game on Tuesday, as he has had success against Rangers' right-hander Kyle Gibson in his career. He's batting .429 with three homers and seven RBI in seven career at-bats against Gibson.--Tim Capurso
