Brusdar Graterol Gets MRI, No Structural Damage Found
4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher Brusdar Graterol (forearm) has undergone an MRI and it has been determined there is no structural damage in his arm, according to Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register. Manager Dave Roberts said it was good news for Graterol, who hopes to avoid a lengthy stay on the injured list. Graterol has struggled through his first three appearances this season, allowing three runs on three hits and two walks with one strikeout in 1 1/3 innings of work. He's shown potential in the minors to be a high-strikeout pitcher, but that potential has yet to materialize over three seasons in the majors. For now, Graterol can be ignored in most formats.
