4 years agoThe Chicago White Sox have activated left-handed relief pitcher Garrett Crochet (back) from the 10-day injured list. Crochet spent the minimum amount of time of the shelf with an upper back strain. Crochet was the White Sox's first-round pick last season and has a 1.00 ERA in nine innings this year. The lefty is projected to be a starter in the long term and holds the most fantasy value in dynasty leagues at the moment. Relief pitcher Alex McRae has been optioned to Triple-A Charlotte to make room on the roster for Crochet.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
