4 years agoMinnesota Wild goaltender Kaapo Kahkonen will guard the cage in Friday's matchup versus Anaheim, looking to improve a 15-7-0 record. Kahkonen has bounced back from back-to-back defeats with three consecutive wins. His last appearance came in a 4-3 overtime victory against St. Louis on May 1. The 24-year-old rookie boasts a 2.69 goals-against average for the season with a .909 save percentage and two shutouts. The Ducks have notched only 17 wins this season, so anything else than a victory would be a major disappointment for Kahkonen and the Wild here.
