4 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Alex Dickerson (shoulder) was placed on the injured list on Friday with a bone bruise in his right shoulder, according to Maria Guardado of MLB.com. Dickerson was removed from Game 1 of Tuesday's doubleheader with soreness in his shoulder, and he last appeared on Wednesday as a pinch hitter. Through 30 games this season, Dickerson is slashing .213/.280/.347 with three home runs, 12 RBI and nine runs scored. The Giants won't be short-handed in the outfield though, as Mike Yastrzemski was activated from the injured list on Friday.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
