4 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Chris Sale (elbow) has begun throwing off a mound. This is good news, primarily since this is the next step toward the veteran returning to the lineup after having Tommy John Surgery back in March of 2020. Although Sale's numbers haven't been the best over the last few years, fantasy managers in need of pitching later in the Summer could be pleasantly surprised with his output, especially for those not taking much of a risk by picking him up off of waivers.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
