4 years agoColorado Rockies first baseman C.J. Cron (back) remains out of the lineup for the third game in a row on Sunday, according to Thomas Harding of MLB.com. Cron was scratched from Friday's lineup with lower back tightness, and Harding reports that Cron will be reevaluated on Monday. Managers will hope for a quick return for Cron, who is slashing .290/.394/.495 with five home runs, 15 RBI and 17 runs scored in 29 games. Connor Joe will get the start again at first in Cron's absence, and will bat fifth against Adam Wainwright and the Cardinals.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
