4 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Jason Heyward (hand) will be in Tuesday's lineup versus the Cleveland Indians. Heyward was lifted for a pinch hitter in the bottom of the ninth inning during Sunday's contest with a right hand issue. The Cubs had Monday off and that seems to be enough rest for the veteran. Heyward is hitting a dismal .173 on the season with three home runs, 10 RBI and three stolen bases. He will square off against Shane Bieber on Tuesday and bat seventh.
