4 years agoChicago Cubs shortstop Javier Baez (back) has been scratched from Tuesday's lineup versus the Cleveland Indians with back stiffness. Baez has been dealing with the injury since Saturday and will be replaced in the lineup by infielder Ildemaro Vargas with second baseman Eric Sogard moving to shortstop. Both Vargas and Sogard can be ignored in DFS with a tough matchup versus Shane Bieber on Tuesday. Baez remains day-to-day.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
