4 years agoChicago Cubs outfielder Kris Bryant was dealing with a sinus issue that was making it difficult for him to breathe during the game on Tuesday night, leading to his early exit, according to Meghan Montemurro of The Chicago Tribune. Manager David Ross said that Bryant had been dealing with the issue for a couple innings and it wasn't getting better, which is what led the team to deciding to remove Bryant from the game. Ross also added that there was a bug that was making its way through the clubhouse recently. This is great news for managers, who were worried by the vagueness of the earlier report that Bryant had been feeling under the weather. It appears that Bryant should be able to return to action within a game or two.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
